A new Instagram feature lets you add animated GIF stickers to your Story

Instagram is adding GIF stickers to its Stories feature. You'll now be able to overlay your photos and videos with animated stamps like accessories, sparkles, or word art. The new feature is available on iOS and Android starting Tuesday.
