'Unicum' is a One Page Portfolio WordPress theme and September's freebie over on ThemeForest (please note this is not a direct download and you have to sign up for a free ThemeForest account to access this download). The theme features RTL support, a sticky header that smooth scrolls down to the relevant sections, about video popup modal, portfolio with category filter and big image lightbox popup, a great looking team slider, testimonial slider, client logos, pricing table and a contact form. What's great to know is the theme comes with Slider Revolution (valued at $25) and includes bonus PSD and HTML version downloads.
