Coollab

Coollab - Modern WordPress Theme for Local Business

'Coollab' is a One Page WordPress theme designed specifically for a business with a physical location. The theme features a fixed page border design with a fixed navigation at the top and social icons at the bottom. The off-canvas Google Map (with markers) and "opening times" section is really cool (see screenshot), make sure you load up the demo and press the plus icon top-right see it in action. In this featured demo below they've used a co-working space but the other demos include a restaurant and a yoga studio - each with parallax scrolling and drop shadow boxes. Other features include ajax events calendar, big image pop-up gallery and a built-in page builder.
